We can’t resist hunting down treasures in thrift stores, then customising, re-covering and embellishing our finds with our endless stash of ribbons, buttons, fabrics and felt.

When the lovely ladies came by the CHA booth, I have to admit I was immediately smitten with their kindness (and of course their amazing British accents!). We chatted for quite some time, they snapped photos, and then were on their merry way. Shortly after, I noticed that they had left their lens cap on our table, and I couldn't figure out a good way to get it back to them. Hopeful they would come back, I placed the lens cap safely in a drawer. Several hours later, I ran into them just outside Dear Lizzy's booth and the lens cap was reunited with the owner. Fancy that happy ending.
